This includes a 15-minute introduction call, 2-hour deep dive, then a follow-up email with supporting information based on our workshop.

As we progress we can assist with finishes, lighting, plumbing, appliances, design intent drawings and renderings, millwork drawing review, landscape design intent, punch walks, furniture selection and procurement, wallcovering selection, accessories and even holiday touches.

$225 per hour, required 6-hour retainer to start

This added service allows us to handle the selection, purchase, and installation of furniture and accessories for your space.

Our fee includes a 20% mark-up on trade pricing, which often brings costs to retail or just below.

We also oversee shipping logistics and installation, ensuring every detail is handled seamlessly and your space is perfectly styled.

20% for procurement

Usually reserved for ground-up custom home construction, complete home remodel or commercial spaces. This is best for a large scope project that will extend a year or more.

Architectural drafting services, project management and coordination can all be addressed through a contracted service.
