Let me introduce you to… DESIGN ATLAS!

Every few years, I sit down and look at my business’s offerings and see how they can better fit my clients needs. Last time, I created “The Layers” - hard finishes, furniture and accessories all broken out into phases or on their own depending on what was needed. These were great and worked really well for some clients, but not all.

Now, I’d love to introduce you to Design Atlas!

This seems to be where my client’s need the most help - one space at a time.

KITCHEN AND PRIMARY BATHROOM RENOVATIONS

Most of my clients come to me looking to redo one of these two spaces - they are the biggest undertaking and needs the most love! They are also the most expensive areas to do, so they are usually done one at a time - making the Design Atlas perfect for these renovations. 

We would be able to work together BEFORE the first hammer strike - creating the design intent for your contractor or millworker to follow. You’d be able to go to your meeting, hand your contractor a book full of concepts, material selections, lighting, plumbing, and say - HERE! How great would that feel?!

This way, the design intent (and your ideal space) is documented ahead of schedule so there are now delays or changes in the design mid-way through a project. Of course there will be instances where you’ll have to pivot to another quartzite counter or a more budget friendly plumbing collection - the book will be your guide to make those educated decisions! 

I just love this for so many clients - plus once you do one space, you can hop on and purchase the next area of focus! 

SECONDARY AND POWDER BATHROOMS

The power bathroom is so much fun! I love working on this space! I did group the powder with secondary bathrooms because I do have some clients that enjoy DIY’ing. I do not recommend this for the previously mentioned spaces, but these little areas can be a great place to bust out a tool belt!

 So if you need direction, sources for plumbing and lighting, or have a contractor ready to start your home updates - lets work on it together!!

You’ll receive everything from the larger spaces, but these smaller areas can be hard to elevate when you are stuck in a track home. I love to add wallcovering, updated plumbing and fun lighting to these spaces!

LIVING ROOM AND HOME OFFICE 

These two spaces can invoice millwork, but mostly furniture heavy. There are less finish changes, since you really only have paint and flooring - soft goods on the other hand, that can be overwhelming. 

These spaces I’ll help you select the furniture for your budget! If you have your budget handy, you better bet it’ll be my guidebook when selecting furniture for your space! 

If you need to purcahse at your own pace, that’s great too - lamp for Christmas, sofa after your bonus… whatever works! 

This type of Design Atlas will include a scaled furniture plan, elevations for any custom millwork for you to provide to a contractor, and delivery of all the fabric samples I can get my hands on that reflect your end project. This will be so helpful as you move forward and curate your space!

MONTHLY PAYMENTS

This might be the best part - you can pay over five months!

I’m a homeowner, so I get it - things are expensive! When we budget for home updates we save as much as we can, but know the rest we’ll have to tackle month-to-month. Being able to drop a large sum can be tricky, so I wanted to make sure this was at a price point that I could be able to offer a monthly payment. 

When you add the listing to your cart, you’ll select your space and payment type - if you select the five monthly payment plan, I’ll send you an invoice each month following this initial purchase through Quickbooks! Easy, right?!

Honestly, the goal with this Design Atlas was to allow a homeowner in the middle of the night to just click “check out” and purchase what they needed at any time - I know how important it is to check things off your to-do list!!
